By visiting or using services at SunWorx Tanning Spa, you agree to the following terms:

1. Walk-In Policy

SunWorx is a walk-in-only tanning spa. No appointments are required or accepted.

2. Health & Safety

• All clients are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional prior to using tanning services.

• Protective eyewear must be worn at all times.

• Tanning is not recommended for individuals under 18 without parental consent.

3. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge the risks of tanning and agree that SunWorx is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who displays inappropriate behavior or fails to follow spa policies.
